Eric has testified over 100 times before state legislative committees and appeared in many national and local media stories, including the New York Times and Politico.

Eric, a native New Yorker, has been involved in government, public service, and politics for most of his life. Compliance Services Coordinator/Member Services

Luz Ramos wears many hats at the National Consumer Reporting Association, serving as both Compliance Services Coordinator and Manager of Member Services. With a strong focus on organization, member support, and operational efficiency, Luz plays a key role in keeping the association running smoothly — often stepping into multiple roles to meet the needs of NCRA and its members.

Before joining NCRA, Luz spent nearly a decade in the hair industry as a master colorist in high-end salons, where she developed a deep appreciation for client relationships and attention to detail. She later attended the Chicago Real Estate School and recently passed her real estate exam, continuing to expand her professional expertise.

Whether coordinating compliance matters, assisting members, or taking on behind-the-scenes responsibilities, Luz approaches every task with dedication and care.

When she’s not working, Luz enjoys exploring new places, spending time with her fiancé, kids, and family, and hanging out with her adorable Frenchies — Riot, Panchita (aka Chi Chi), and Gypsy-Stormy.
